Job Summary
Serve as the initial contact for family participants, providing support, needs identification, and advocacy for services. Conduct home visits, scheduled appointments, and group events to assist families in identifying strengths and planning for social, health, and educational resources. Promote positive relationships between families and schools while implementing outreach activities to engage potential participants. Ensure program compliance with state regulations and Board of Education policies, collect data for program improvements, and maintain participant confidentiality. Work 181 days during the school year with a 20-hour weekly schedule, reporting to the Coordinator, Family Resource Center.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- interested in working with families
