Job Summary
Coordinate employment and training programs across assigned counties, managing budgets, reporting performance metrics, and implementing state regulations. Deliver case management and career counseling to help individuals establish and maintain employment goals while conducting needs assessments and group facilitation. Provide direct client services, crisis intervention, and resource networking alongside public relations duties. Supervise staff, interns, or volunteers as assigned and ensure compliance with neglect/abuse reporting procedures. Requires a college degree in human services and ability to work effectively with diverse community partners.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in a human services-related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with the public in both group and one-on-one settings
- Genuine concern for and commitment to meeting the needs of low-income individuals and families
- Ability to supervise staff, interns, or volunteers as assigned
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Social work license
- Human services experience
- Familiarity with MVAC programs, social service resources, and community organizations
