Job Summary
Family Partner collaborates with a Clinician and FRC staff to provide standardized screening, assessment, service planning, and referral services for families; co-facilitates family and youth groups; supports wraparound services for youth under 21 with serious emotional disturbance; Northshore-area program launch with opportunities for program planning and creative contribution. Compensation $48,000–$50,000 annually for a contract-funded role; benefits and professional development opportunities included.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a human services field or higher preferred; alternatively High School diploma/GED with two years of experience in the same field
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be a parent or legal guardian of a youth with emotional/behavioral/learning challenges and have experience navigating systems to secure support for their child
- Experience working with youth and families; able to work evenings, holidays, weekends as needed
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Valid driver’s license; background and driving record checks required
