Family Resilience & New Mothers Program Coordinator

Job Summary

Plan, implement, and evaluate family-centered programming that promotes stability and resilience for children and parents. Manage day-to-day operations of the Family Resilience and New Mothers programs, including participant recruitment, enrollment, and retention. Provide strengths-based case management by developing individualized service plans, connecting participants with community resources, and monitoring progress. Coordinate educational sessions, social-emotional learning activities, and curriculum adaptation while maintaining documentation in the Edmundite Missions Database system. Oversee program budgets, grant compliance, and inventory management for client incentives and supplies. Collaborate across departments and with community partners to deliver wraparound services and represent the organization at meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or ability to obtain within one year of employment
  • Knowledge of family systems and trauma-informed care
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of community resources
  • Experience with electronic case management systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to obtain CFLE, social work licensure, or similar certification within one year
  • Monday–Friday with occasional evenings/weekends
  • Local travel for meetings, outreach, home visits, and court
  • Ability to lift program materials up to 25 pounds

Desired Qualifications

  • Two years of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience with grant-funded programs preferred
  • Mental Health First Aid, Trauma-Informed Care, and CPR/First Aid preferred
