Job Summary

Provide intensive intervention to high-risk children and families exhibiting severe behavioral and emotional difficulties by delivering intensive child behavioral management skills and parental training. Conduct assessments and treatment for psychosocial and behavioral problems while working flexible hours. Maintain bilingualism in English and French, hold a valid G Class driver's license or possess a G2 license with access to a vehicle, and demonstrate clinical skills for assessment and treatment. Submit a resume and cover letter by July 14, 2026, for this twelve-month full-time contract role within the Family Preservation team.

Required Qualifications

  • Baccalaureate in Social Work, Psychology or Diploma in Human Services related to behaviour management, child development
  • Minimum of three years relevant working experience
  • Demonstrated clinical skills for the purpose of assessment and treatment of psychosocial and behavioural problems in children and their families
  • Required to work flexible hours
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Bilingualism (English/French)
  • Minimum G2 driver's license at the time of application
  • Willingness to obtain a valid G Class driver's license as a condition of employment
  • Valid G Class driver's license and access to their own vehicle
