Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family mental health services, including case management, transportation, and other professional services to youth and families in community-based settings. Travel daily to deliver services in Cincinnati area, complete timely documentation and training, maintain productive outputs, coordinate and monitor youth/family services across health, educational, psychological, vocational, and social domains, build strong relationships with foster parents and families of origin, support reunification or stabilization efforts, provide safety/crisis response and behavioral stabilization as required, participate in Continuous Quality Improvement and weekly supervision, and perform other duties as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution
- 2 years of work experience working in direct service with youth and families strongly preferred
- A valid professional license as required and acceptable by state or contract regulations
- A willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours in the service of foster caregivers, families of origin, and persons served
