Job Summary
Provide brief, intensive in-home therapeutic services to families identified by NE DHHS; conduct intake assessments, design tailored treatment plans, execute clinical interventions, and facilitate discharge and aftercare planning. Collaborate with NE DHHS caseworkers and GLFS Skillbuilders to help families develop healthier habits and relationships; maintain timely clinical documentation; manage a flexible schedule with autonomy to meet client needs; participate in meetings, consultations, and professional development; drive to client homes as part of daily work. Compensation includes starting pay $40–$60 per hour (based on experience and licensure), drive time pay, mileage reimbursement, and a bonus opportunity; full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO/holidays, tuition reimbursement, EAP, MASA insurance, supplemental insurance, and referral bonuses. Qualifications emphasize licensure/licensure-near-completion and a reliable vehicle for travel, with a focus on in-home family therapy within Nebraska.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure: LMHP or PLMHP, or Master’s level intern within one semester of graduation required
- Must provide a reliable personal vehicle for travel and GLFS reimburses drive time and mileage
- Must have own cell phone and internet with daily access to GLFS email and computer systems
- Strong timeliness and streamlined communication skills
- Self-motivation, empathy, and ability to provide structured clinical support to families
- Background check clearance required
