Job Summary
Provide brief, intensive in-home therapeutic services to families identified and referred by NE DHHS; conduct comprehensive intake assessments and design tailored treatment plans; execute clinical interventions and facilitate discharge and aftercare planning; collaborate with NE DHHS caseworkers and GLFS Skillbuilders to promote healthier family functioning; maintain timely clinical documentation; manage a flexible, autonomous schedule to meet client needs; participate in agency meetings and professional development; driving to client locations and maintaining required caseload with supervision and ongoing clinical guidance. Compensation includes starting pay $40–$60 per hour with drive-time pay and mileage reimbursement; full-time benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, EAP, MASA, supplemental insurance options, and mentorship program.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure: LMHP or PLMHP, or Master’s level intern within one semester of graduation
- Must provide a reliable personal vehicle for daily work (GLFS reimburses drive time and mileage)
- Technology: must provide own cell phone and internet with daily access to GLFS work email and GLFS computer systems (tablet optional)
- Strong communication: timely and streamlined communication skills essential
- Background checks: successful completion required
- Self-motivated, empathetic with ability to provide structured clinical support to families
- Experience with in-home therapy and collaboration with DHHS and GLFS stakeholders
