Job Summary
Provide brief, intensive in-home therapeutic services to families identified and referred by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (NE DHHS). Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and design tailored treatment plans. Execute clinical interventions and facilitate ongoing discharge and aftercare planning. Collaborate closely with NE DHHS caseworkers and GLFS Skillbuilders to help families develop healthier habits, relationships, and lifestyles. Maintain timely, precise clinical documentation and communicate effectively. Manage a flexible, autonomous schedule while meeting caseload needs. Participate in agency meetings, consultations, and ongoing professional development to advance clinical expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure: LMHP or PLMHP or Master’s level intern within one semester of graduation (required)
- Must provide a reliable personal vehicle for travel (GLFS reimburses drive time and mileage)
- Technology: own cell phone and internet with daily GLFS email access; computer/tablet optional but encouraged
- Strong timeliness and streamlined communication skills required
- Background checks required
