Job Summary
The Family Preservation Clinical Supervisor leads a family preservation team, ensuring fidelity to an evidence-based model, coordinating training and supervision, and serving as liaison with the Indiana DCS. Responsible for caseload management, referrals/discharges with DCS Family Case Managers, individual and group supervision, data reporting for billing, and ongoing program/system improvement. Emphasizes strength-based, family-centered, culturally competent service delivery, with commitments to timely clinical documentation and DCS contract compliance. Provides weekly individual supervision, monthly group supervision, maintains supervision logs, and drives performance evaluations and goal setting. Requires a master’s degree in social work or related field, active clinical licensure, and experience in trauma-informed care and family services. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Salary is $65,000 with comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid remote work option is available in Columbus, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work or related human service
- Current clinical license as one of: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Health Services Provider in Psychology (HSPP)
- Certified or working toward certification in the selected evidence-based program (fidelity maintained)
- In-depth understanding of Child Welfare
- Experience with family therapy and trauma-informed care
- Three years of clinical/management experience in human services
- Two or more years of clinical intervention
- Skill in fiscal management, team building
- Strong knowledge and respect for youth and adults with mental health issues and commitment to empowering families
- Strong communication and writing; bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work with internal/external professionals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective time management and remote collaboration
