Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor to lead the Family Preservation Team in Cincinnati, OH. Responsible for managing clinical programming, providing clinical leadership, direct supervision of assigned staff, and ensuring high-quality services in line with NYAP mission and values. Responsibilities include screening referrals, developing and implementing training plans, providing clinical consultation to treatment teams, advocating for clients with schools and community partners, offering on-call coverage for after-hours emergencies, supervising staff (weekly group/individual), reviewing new client cases, co-signing service/treatment plans and assessments, ensuring monthly/quarterly reporting, and participating in quality assurance activities. Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Services or related field and LISW or LPCC licensure, with at least 3 years in human services and supervision. Proficiency with standard software and strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work non-traditional hours as needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with adequate auto insurance are required.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Services or other related Human Services field from an accredited institution
- 3 years' experience in the field of human services, with experience in supervision
- A valid professional license as required by state law and/or regulatory bodies (LISW or LPCC)
