Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician sought for concierge (membership-based) medical practice in Santa Barbara, CA. Competitive base salary of $300K with full benefits (401k with 4% match, dental, vision, medical PPO), 6 weeks paid vacation, and potential to grow patient panel for higher compensation. See 3-8 patients per day in person (some in ALF) with lots of autonomy and scheduling flexibility in a small, collegial group. Excellent bedside manner essential; great coastal location with lifestyle balance.
