Job Summary
Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physician opportunities in St. Augustine and Palm Coast, FL within a newly forming multispecialty group. Responsibilities include providing high-quality primary care with a focus on excellent patient experience; call coverage on a rotational basis; office hours generally 7am–8pm in St. Augustine and 8am–5pm in Palm Coast; patient volumes up to about 20 per day within 3–6 months. Board eligibility required if not board certified; malpractice coverage, CME allowance/time, paid leave, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits are provided. The role supports a multi-specialty environment offering a stable practice with potential sign-on and educational loan assistance.
