Job Summary
Outpatient Primary Care/Urgent Care opportunity in Northern Virginia/DC Suburbs seeking a Family Practice physician to join an employed clinic. 100% outpatient with no hospital or ER call, working with a Physician Assistant. Clinic operates 9am–5pm Monday–Friday and 9am–1pm on Saturdays, with a flexible schedule of 36–40 hours/week and a requirement to work 2 Saturdays per month (half-days). Very light phone call (1:5) and patient volume averaging 18–25 per day. EMR-based practice with excellent support staff and no administrative duties beyond patient care. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Medical license to practice in Virginia (VA)
- Board-certified or eligible in Family Practice
- Ability to work 36-40 hours/week with Saturday half-day rotation
- Experience in outpatient primary care and urgent care settings
- Proficient with EMR systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork with PA
