Full-time Family Practice/Occupational Medicine physician needed for multi-specialty Occupational Medical/Urgent Care outpatient clinics in Bakersfield, CA. role involves examining patients, treating injuries, and collaborating with a physician-led team of MD/DOs, PAs, NPs, and specialists. No call, weekends, or nights. Requires CA license and DEA; DOT/MRO/FMCSA certifications a plus; strong communication, EHR stamina, and patient-centered care emphasized. Compensation includes $210k–$265k/year plus bonuses, relocation assistance of $5,000, and comprehensive benefits (health/dental/vision, retirement, paid time off, CME, malpractice coverage, licensing costs). Required Qualifications
- Valid and Unrestricted California License and DEA
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with electronic health record systems
- DOT Certification a plus
- Ability to conduct routine check-ups and physical examinations
- Collaborate with physicians, PAs, NPs, and nurses
- Manage patient records and confidentiality
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
