Conduct primary care for new patients, managing approximately 18 to 22 office visits daily alongside 4 to 6 hospital points. Share the majority of 75 to 100 monthly new patient referrals with colleagues in this established Delray Beach group. Participate in a shared call rotation of roughly 1.4 to 1.5 nights weekly, with an option for in-house moonlighting. Earn a base salary around $180,000 plus an incentive plan, supported by full benefits including a 401k with 3% matching and Florida Blue dental.
