Job Summary
We are seeking a family practice provider (MD/DO) to deliver patient-centered preventive care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions while coordinating care in a team-based environment. Requires the completion of clinical records and timely communications with specialists. Candidates must be licensed physicians in Washington, board certified, with current BLS and DEA licenses, and possess strong abilities to work in a diverse healthcare setting, especially with patients facing substance use or mental disorders. The position includes a target wage range of $98.21 to $121.50 per hour, with potential for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy
- Completion of Residency (for MD/DO)
- Licensed as a Physician, with the Washington State Department of Health
- Board Certified
- Current BLS Certification
- DEA License issued in the State of Washington
Desired Qualifications
- Nexplanon Contraceptive Implant Certification
- 2 years of clinical practice experience in community health, FHQC, family practice
- Bilingual skills
- Experience prescribing buprenorphine or other treatments for opioid use disorders, including past completion of a buprenorphine waiver certification course or specific continuing education to satisfy the requirements for the DEA's Medication Access and Training Expansion (MATE) Act.
