Outpatient Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed in Houston, TX for Family Practice/Primary Care with a $15,000 sign-on bonus. 5-day, 8am–5pm schedule focused on management of chronic diseases, pediatric care, and women’s & men’s health services, with minor office procedures and on-site laboratory. EMR: eClinical Works with AI technology. Spanish speaking is preferred. Experience in family medicine managing chronic conditions is strongly preferred.
