Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Clinic-based Family Practice/Primary Care NP delivering in-person and occasional virtual care at MinuteClinic in New York, providing comprehensive primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Offers both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic, with routine clinic operations support (inventory, billing verification, scheduling). Requires a Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner, current national board certification (AANP/ANCC), active APRN license, and DOT certification within 30 days. Must be able to provide holistic, evidence-based care, order vaccines, support preventive health, and coordinate care with other professionals. EPIC EMR experience and prior clinic/precepting experience are preferred.
