Job Summary
Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including performing minor surgical procedures like suturing. Develop personalized treatment plans involving medication management and lifestyle modifications while educating patients on preventative care and disease management. Maintain accurate electronic health records and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Comply with Washington State licensing requirements and ethical standards, participating in continuing medical education to stay current.
Required Qualifications
- ARNP License in WA
- Proof of Active National Certification
- Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Washington
- Unrestricted DEA and NPI
- Ability to be credentialed under with all major insurances as well as Medicare
- Proficient in use of the EMR
- Strong clinical skills and ability to make evidence-based medical decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 to 2 years related post graduate experience is preferred
