Job Summary
Provide thorough medical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for adult patients while diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health conditions. Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary teams, focusing on preventive care, screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling. Prescribe and manage appropriate medications and therapies while maintaining accurate electronic health records and documentation. Stay current with medical research and continuing education to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. This role offers a predictable Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekend or on-call requirements in Maricopa County.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in Florida (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
