Job Summary
Conduct outpatient-only primary care for 15–20 patients daily in a community-based practice in Bellmore, Long Island. Manage phone-only calls on a 1:4 rotation, including Saturday shifts. Provide full-time clinical services Monday through Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm weekdays and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturdays. Maintain continuity of care supported by a dedicated clinical and administrative team with access to a broad health system network for specialist referrals.
