Conduct family practice duties with 32 patient contact hours and 8 administrative hours weekly in New London, New Hampshire. Manage a low patient volume of 16 patients per day with minimal call. Operate on a flexible 4-day workweek with the option to complete administrative time remotely. Collaborate with a team of six family medicine physicians, one internist, five APRNs, and two PAs within an Ivy League-affiliated health system. Teach medical students and earn an Assistant Adjunct Professor appointment while utilizing on-site support from embedded pharmacists, behavioral health specialists, diabetes educators, and community health workers.
