Family Practice Physician Needed in Michigan for IDD Integrated Practice

Conduct traditional primary care and IDD primary care within a balanced 40/40 split, utilizing extended visit times and a smaller panel size for meaningful patient and family interactions. Lead a multidisciplinary team comprising BCBA, social work, nurse navigator, and psychiatry support while engaging in leadership and academic responsibilities such as teaching residents and medical students. Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with 34 patient contact hours per week. Board-certified Family Medicine, Med-Peds, or Internal Medicine physicians with at least five years of experience are encouraged to apply, with an interest in academics and leadership strongly preferred.
