Family Practice Physician Needed in Fort Mill, SC

Manage outpatient visits for acute illnesses, minor injuries, immunizations, and preventive care in a new Medical Office Building. Coordinate chronic condition management with specialist referral coordinators while handling a manageable census of 15–20 patients daily. Utilize on-site x-ray and lab services for streamlined diagnostics. Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm in a health system-employed role with a dedicated support team. Board-certified or board-eligible candidates are welcome, with DEA certification required.
