Job Summary
Manage outpatient care for 15 to 20 patients daily, handling acute illnesses, minor injuries, immunizations, and preventive services. Coordinate chronic condition management with specialist referral coordinators and utilize on-site x-ray and lab services for streamlined diagnostics. Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm in a new Medical Office Building. Board-certified or board-eligible candidates with a DEA are welcome for this health system-employed position in Fort Mill, SC.
