Job Summary
Full-time Family Practice/Primary Care Physician position in Fleming Island, FL. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with 18–20 patients per day; call by phone only. Board Certification or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice and a current Florida medical license required. Cradle-to-grave care experience preferred. Benefits include full benefits (health, vision, dental), PTO (31 days in first year), incentive bonus up to $30,000, student loan repayment, malpractice insurance, and CME support ($2,000 for 5 days).
