Job Summary
Primary Care Physician sought in Bronson, FL to provide comprehensive family medicine services. Responsibilities include seeing 12-15 patients daily with a schedule of Monday-Tuesday and Thursday 8 am–5 pm, Wednesday 8 am–6 pm, and Friday 8 am–4 pm; no nights or weekends. Duties include preventive, acute, and chronic care, initial worker’s comp evaluations, occupational and pre-employment physicals and screenings, histories and physicals, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and educating patients. Will supervise mid-level practitioners under a collaborative practice agreement and promote wellness educational programs while maintaining patient confidentiality. Qualified candidates will have MD/DO training, Florida licensure, DEA license, BLS, and experience in primary or urgent care with GYN care and well-woman exams. Required Qualifications
- Graduation From an Accredited Medical School
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Current and Unrestricted Florida Medical License
- Dispensing License (Florida) or Willing to Obtain one Prior to Start Date if Hired
- DEA License
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
- Experience in Primary or Urgent Care Setting
- Perform GYN Care and Well Women Exams
