Job Summary
Conduct family practice patient care in Crestview, Florida, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Maintain a Florida license, DEA certificate, and current CPR certification while working toward board certification in family practice. Join a team-oriented staff focused on high-quality care with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Eligible for NHSC student loan repayment.
Required Qualifications
- Florida licensed MD/DO with Family Practice specialization
- Current D.E.A. certificate
- Board eligible or board certified in family practice
- If board eligible at time of hire, must be board certified within 3 years of hire date
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
