Job Summary
Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician needed in Indiana PA for office-based primary care with long-term care involvement. Responsibilities include performing new admits, consultations, and primary/follow-up care for long-term care residents; rounding on patients; coordinating with facility staff and families; engaging with patients and families to discuss treatment options; attending facility team meetings; ensuring documentation, billing, and coding follow guidelines; and collaborating with treating physicians and referral groups. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine and hold an active PA medical license.
