Job Summary
Primary Care/Geriatrics physician role in Northern California focusing on longitudinal, relationship-based care for adults 65+. Responsibilities include managing your own panel (target ~1500 patients at 1.0 FTE), 8 clinical hours per day plus 1 paid admin hour, unhurried visits (2–2.5 patients per clinical hour), AI-assisted charting with CCM/APCM/RPM infrastructure, and a guaranteed base plus production upside with a potential annual quality bonus. Compensation includes a floor hourly base of $125 and relocation support, plus benefits like healthcare stipend, 401(k) match, CME support, PTO, malpractice/DEA fees paid, and protected schedule (3–5 clinical days/week) with contract-listed relocation assistance. The role requires MD or DO with CA license (or eligibility), active DEA, and board eligibility/certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics. Location: Northern California (Shasta County region); relocation support available.
