Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care services for patients across the greater Seattle area, including behavioral health, care management, lab, and radiology. Provide care using the medical home model within a fully integrated electronic medical record system. Serve as a Clinical Instructor at the UW School of Medicine, delivering annual appointments that align with a 12-month service period from July to June. Include some clinical teaching responsibilities alongside patient care. This role offers a faculty appointment with teaching opportunities and is part of the top-ranked primary care training program in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO, or foreign equivalent
- completed residency
- board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine
- valid Washington State medical license
- DEA cert
