Job Summary
Family Physician role based in Austin, TX: Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, provide in-office and tele-health care, and collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams. Supervise NP/PA colleagues, participate in weekly clinical rounds, and leverage technology for high-quality primary care. Required Qualifications
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your start date
- State license in TX, obtained before start date
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
