Job Summary
Family Medicine physician position in an outpatient, Parkview Health system setting in Archbold, OH. 36 clinical hours per week with a modified schedule (7:30am–8pm; 7:30am–5pm; 4/10s or half day options possible). Very light call at 1:4. Responsibilities include outpatient care with potential OB or nursing home rounding. Required Qualifications
- Board Eligible/Board CertifiedFamily Medicine Physician
- MD/DO or equivalent licensure to practice in Ohio
- licensure or eligibility for Ohio medical license
- outpatient clinic experience is preferred
- option to do OB or nursing home rounding may be available
