Job Summary
Family Physician position in Milwaukee, WI. Responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients across all ages; performing routine physicals, wellness visits, and preventive screenings; developing individualized treatment plans; educating patients on health maintenance and disease prevention; coordinating care with specialists; and maintaining compliant medical records. Requires an MD or DO, Family Medicine residency completion, board certification/eligibility, and Wisconsin licensure or eligibility. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Wisconsin medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
