Job Summary
Provide comprehensive adult primary care services in an outpatient Family Medicine setting. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; perform preventative care and wellness visits; develop long-term treatment plans for adult patients; see 24+ patients daily using a 15-minute scheduling model; collaborate with support staff and interdisciplinary care teams; maintain accurate clinical documentation. Requires MD or DO degree and NY medical license (or ability to obtain); board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine preferred; 3–5 years of clinical experience and experience treating adult patients strongly preferred. Relocation assistance available. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Auburn, NY location.
