Job Summary
Family Physician to provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages; diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; develop individualized care plans with patients; educate patients on preventive care and lifestyle management; maintain accurate patient records; collaborate with clinical staff and other providers to ensure high-quality care; participate in community outreach and health promotion initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible Georgia medical license
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages; Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients; Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle management, and disease prevention; Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records; Collaborate with clinical staff and other providers to ensure high-quality patient care; Participate in community outreach and health promotion initiatives as needed
