Family Physician - Domain Northside Office (ages 0+)

Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits, treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional tele-health visits. Participate in ongoing learning via weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities; collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams; utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures; supervise one or more NP/PA colleagues; and be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. This full-time role is based in Austin, TX with potential relocation assistance. Requires board certification in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics (or board-eligible with plans to certification within 1 year) and TX state licensure prior to start. A passion for human-centered primary care, ability to communicate effectively with diverse patients, comfort using technology to deliver high-quality care, clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care, and openness to feedback are valued.
