Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. Manage a panel of 800-1000 patients with appointments ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, focusing on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management. Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers within the organization and utilize electronic medical records and population management tools to deliver state-of-the-art care.
