Job Summary
Provides medical care in an ambulatory care setting under collaboration with a physician and scope of practice; completes physicals; orders diagnostics (laboratory, x-ray, EKG) and therapeutic modalities; performs injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, and infection management; prescribes medications; educates patients and families on health and home care; documents progress notes in the patient chart; credentialed as a mid-level provider with collaborating physicians; uses Epic EHR; 4.5 day work week with no weekends or evenings; includes comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, and possible sign-on and relocation bonuses; base compensation ranges from $100,000–$110,000 with total target cash compensation up to $150,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners Physician Assistant-Master's Degree
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Missouri
- Previous Experience (1+ years as practicing PA) in primary care or similar setting is preferred
