Job Summary
Full-time Family Physician based in Austin, TX. Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits; conduct in-office visits, testing-center visits, and occasional tele-health; participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing team huddles with in-office and virtual clinical teams; perform in-office procedures and supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues; be open to obtaining additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states; demonstrate passion for human-centered primary care, effective communication with diverse patients, and proficient use of technology to deliver high-quality care; commitment to adapting behavior to meet patient needs and contribute to a team dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery; relocation assistance may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in TX, obtained before your One Medical start date
