Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary medical care as a Family Physician/Advanced Practice Clinician at Willow Creek Community Health Center. Assess and treat patients, perform histories and physicals, order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests, formulate clinical plans, administer treatments per standards of care, and maintain thorough EMR documentation. Educate patients, coordinate care with community resources, participate in quality improvement and clinical meetings, supervise APCs and allied staff, mentor students/residents, and contribute to protocol development. Participate in after-hours call coverage and serve on site committees. Open Door emphasizes accessible, team-based care and a broad range of services (primary care, pediatrics, chronic disease management, dental, prenatal care) with a focus on serving residents of Humboldt and surrounding rural areas.
Required Qualifications
- Medical School.
- Residency.
- Current California medical license.
- Current Board Certification.
- Current DEA license.
- Current CPR.
