Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive primary medical care as a Family Physician or Advanced Practice Clinician at a community health center. Conduct patient histories and physical examinations, assess clinical status, order and perform laboratory and diagnostic tests, formulate care plans, administer treatments, and educate patients on health and prevention. Supervise APCs and allied personnel when requested; mentor students and residents; participate in protocol development, quality improvement, and staff training; maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record; provide after-hours call coverage; participate in site committees; and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address patient and family needs. Requires Medical School, residency training, and current California medical license with Board Certification, DEA license, and CPR. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and community-focused care are essential.
