Job Summary
Physician role providing direct adolescent health care in inpatient and outpatient settings at Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center in Manhattan, including primary and specialty adolescent and young adult health services such as reproductive health (including LARC) and LGBTQ care (gender-affirming therapy), HIV, eating disorders, and chronic disease. Teaching responsibilities include precepting adolescent medicine fellows, pediatric residents and medical students in the outpatient setting and serving as attending physician in inpatient adolescent medicine. Opportunities for research participation (e.g., NIH-funded HPV studies) and program development/administration. Requires NYS medical license and board eligibility/certification in Family Medicine or Pediatrics (Adolescent Medicine).
Required Qualifications
- MD Degree with Board Eligible/Certification in Family Medicine or Pediatrics
- Adolescent Medicine board certification or eligibility
- New York Medical License
