Job Summary
Family Partnerships Coordinator to support Learning for Life by building families’ partnerships, connecting with partner schools for referrals and ongoing program participation, handling administrative/data-entry tasks, engaging community organisations, and collaborating with the local team. The role emphasizes family-centred relationships, coordination of services and coaching with leaders, with a focus on improving attendance, achievement and post-school pathways for children experiencing disadvantage. Requirements include strong relationship-building with families and community stakeholders, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, autonomous day-to-day work, computer literacy for admin/data tasks, and a current driver’s license. Temporary full-time position based in Hobart, Tasmania.
Required Qualifications
