Job Summary
In the role of Family Partner, you will collaborate with Clinicians and Peer Mentors to provide exceptional peer-to-peer education and support services tailored for youth diagnosed with serious emotional challenges. Key responsibilities include assisting families in navigating care systems and helping them develop advocacy skills. Candidates must be 21 years old, possess an Associate Degree in human services or equivalent experience, and demonstrate personal caregiving experience with youth facing challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in a human services field and one year of experience with the target population, or high school diploma/GED with two years of experience
- Personal experience as a parent or caregiver of a youth facing emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with youth facing emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges
- Experience in navigating systems to secure support for youth
