Job Summary
The Family Partner collaborates with families receiving clinical services, using their lived experience as caregivers of children with special needs to mentor and guide families in navigating child-serving systems. Responsibilities include providing education and support during treatment, assisting families in articulating their child's strengths and needs, and coordinating care through meetings and referrals. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a minimum of two years of experience with children or adolescents, alongside a driver’s license and vehicle availability. Bi-lingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or HISET
- Minimum two (2) years experience working with children/adolescents
- Experience as a caregiver for youth with special needs
- Bilingual in Spanish/English or Portuguese
