Job Summary

Use lived experience as a parent or caregiver to support families navigating systems and building resilience. Provide peer support, help families identify strengths, and educate them on child-serving systems like DCF and DMH. Empower families by linking them to peer networks and connect them with formal and community-based resources. Foster a culturally responsive environment, maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with care teams, and attend family planning meetings. Actively engage in supervision and ongoing training. This role offers flexible scheduling, extensive Wraparound training, and opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven organization.

Required Qualifications

  • You have personal experience as a caregiver of a youth with special or behavioral health needs
  • You have a High School diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience working with children/adolescents/transition-age youth
  • OR an Associate's Degree and 1 year of relevant experience
  • OR a Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of relevant experience
  • You are knowledgeable about navigating child and family-serving systems
  • You have strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • You are comfortable using electronic systems and documentation tools
  • You are culturally responsive and value diverse lived experiences
  • You have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Desired Qualifications

  • Bilingual- fluent in English and Spanish (Preferred)
