Job Summary
Coordinate parent and family outreach to strengthen home-school relationships; conduct parent education seminars; contact parents to encourage attendance and engagement; serve as bilingual translator for families when needed; actively promote campus happenings and encourage participation; act as a subject matter expert on platforms such as Skyward to guide others; serve as a trusted advisor to help families find resolutions to questions and concerns; requires ability to plan, organize, and implement activities; ability to work with diverse populations; English communication required with Spanish preferred; experience with social media and various forms of communication.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a school setting or communicating with parents and teachers
