Job Summary
Outpatient primary care physician opportunity in Hampstead, MD with LifeBridge Health Medical Group. Full-time, hospital-employed position joining a collaborative team of three board-certified physicians and five Advanced Practice Providers in a patient-focused outpatient environment. No weekend clinic hours, minimal telephone-only call, and mentorship/onboarding support for new graduates. Eligible candidates include Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians. Base salary $240,000 with production and performance incentives; comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, malpractice tail coverage, 401(k), CME allowance, licensure/DUes reimbursement, life insurance, PTO and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Maryland medical license, CDS, and DEA (required or obtainable)
